The Benefits of Drinking Water

A few months ago I could not wrap my head around why I was so thirsty. I’d wake up in the morning and guzzle a tall glass of water. I’d get to work, and drain my 32 oz. Nalgene bottle at least 2-3 times, before going home and drinking even MORE water.
